Our experiences are vast. Our expertise is in leasing, sales, investment sales, getting permits, managing properties, apartment locating, construction which includes painting, general contracting, make ready, light electrical, flooring, roofing, landscaping and light plumbing.

Must be willing to work to build friendly client relationships for life and you can choose them, for life if you like. Its a two way street. If you don’t like a client just fire them after you make that immediate money with that transaction. If you do like a client then be a friend, be a resource, be that person when they have serious questions about real estate. I will show you how to build a client base that works for you.

Your Invesment

Must be willing to subscribe to Austin Board of Realtors.

Must be able to work from home or wherever is conducive to working. Sometimes I work from a coffeeshop and meet clients there. Its the best ever. If you choose to work from a coffeeshop then buy your client a coffee. They will be very happy for it, I am sure.

Must be able to put in the time and energy and be able to plan
