The commissions downtown are huge. Some are paying 150% commissions for apartments. The prices for condos downtown vary from $165k to 5,750k. Its obvious that there is money to be had down here. We have an office at 6th and congress which is perfect for this sorta business.We offer progressive splits and guidance. We also have an administrative assistant that can post ads for you as well on craigslist. The administrative assistant helps me with property management but there is plenty of time for him to post ads.Come on down and lets chat. Prefer folks that have experience or at least has snap, so to speak. Commission splits will vary. Must be licensed.
